Nova Beauty Clinic is at 260 East End Road, East Finchley, London N2 8AU, inside the building we share with Nova Dental Care. East Finchley station on the Northern line is three minutes' walk away, which is why most of our clients come from Hampstead, Highgate, Muswell Hill and the rest of Finchley rather than from the streets around us. Hampstead and Belsize Park are one change at Camden Town; Finchley Central and Highgate are one stop each way.
We are a small, clinician-led clinic with a short treatment list: dermal fillers, skin boosters and polynucleotides, a consultation for lines and wrinkles, HIFU skin tightening, IPL for redness and sun damage, pigmentation treatment, skin tag removal, microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrofacial, LED and the non-prescription Obagi range. Every price is on its page. The first consultation is free, takes about 30 minutes and ends with a written quote. We turn people away when a treatment will not help, and nobody is charged for that conversation.
Dr Shirin Parsno, principal dentist (GDC 72794), practises in the same building. Mr Benedict Reed MRCS MBBS BSc is our plastic surgery referral partner for anything that needs a surgeon, including any mole or pigmented spot we are not happy with. Moles are never lasered here.

We aim for results that look natural and suit your face. Where it makes sense, we start with less and review how your skin responds, rather than doing everything in one appointment.
02 / SETTING
Treatments take place in a clinical room at 260 East End Road, and we go through your medical history before any treatment.
03 / CONSULTATION
Every first appointment is a free consultation. We talk through what you want to change, what is realistic, the cost and the risks, and there is no pressure to book on the day.

The clinic is three minutes' walk from East Finchley station along East End Road, at number 260, in the same building as Nova Dental Care. The 102, 143 and 234 buses stop within a few minutes' walk. If you drive, there is a low-cost car park next to the clinic, and East End Road has free street parking except between 2 pm and 3 pm on weekdays; Saturday and Sunday are free all day. The treatment room is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.
