LED Phototherapy
Light that does the work while you lie still.
LED phototherapy uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate activity in your skin cells. No needles, minimal downtime, and most clients find it very comfortable. You lie back for twenty minutes and the light does the rest.
We use the Dermalux Compact Lite, a professional only clinical system. That distinction matters more than most people realise. LED masks sold online and used in many salons often deliver neither the correct wavelength nor sufficient power to reach the depth where the effect happens. Wavelength and dose are the whole treatment. Get them wrong and you have an expensive light.
Blue, 415nm
Targets the bacteria involved in breakouts. Useful for active, inflamed acne.
Red, 633nm
Reaches the deeper layers to support collagen and elastin production, and improve tone and hydration.
Near-infrared, 830nm
Penetrates deepest. Calms inflammation and redness and supports healing, which is why we often use it after injectables, microneedling or laser to settle the skin faster.
LED is a supporting treatment more than a standalone transformation. It works well on its own for inflammation and mild acne, and considerably better alongside other treatments. Consistency matters. A course beats an occasional session.
