Dermal Fillers

Structure, restored where you've lost it.

Filler has a reputation problem, and it's earned. Overfilled faces are easy to spot, and they're the result of treating the symptom rather than the cause: chasing a line instead of restoring what's changed underneath.

Faces don't age by growing lines. They age by losing support. Fat pads shrink and shift, bone remodels, and the soft tissue above has nowhere to sit. The line you see in the mirror is usually the last stage of something that started deeper.

Our approach is anatomical. We assess where the structure has gone and replace it there, often at a distance from the line that's bothering you. Treating the mid face frequently softens a nasolabial fold better than injecting the fold itself.

Areas we treat

Cheeks and mid face. Jawline and chin. Lips. Temples. Under eye hollows. Nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Non surgical rhinoplasty.

On safety Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are a medical procedure with real risks, including vascular occlusion, where the product enters or compresses a blood vessel. It's rare, but it's the reason injector training matters more than product choice. We use cannulas where appropriate, aspirate where indicated, and keep dissolving agent on site at all times.

Choosing the product

We work across three tiers, from CE marked value options through to premium ranges and collagen biostimulators. The right choice depends on the area, the depth and how long you want it to last, not on what we happen to have in stock.

Not everyone who asks for filler needs it, and some people who want more of it should have less. If we think you've had enough, or that a different treatment would serve you better, we'll tell you. That conversation costs you nothing and it's the most valuable part of the appointment.

Free consultation. An honest assessment before anything is injected.
