Teosyal PureSense Global Action is a versatile gel for moderate lines and for redefining the lip border. Typical uses are smile lines that are starting to set and the outline of the lips. It is a middle-weight product, soft enough for the lip edge and firm enough for moderate folds. It is made in Switzerland and contains a local anaesthetic. Results commonly last a year to eighteen months. Expect swelling for a few days and possible bruising. It can be dissolved if needed, and a dissolving agent is kept on site. If a fold is deep, treating the cheek above it can work better than filling the line, and we will explain that at your assessment. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active cold sore or infection in the area, or if you are allergic to hyaluronic acid or local anaesthetic. We do not treat anyone under 18.
