Our Treatments
Every treatment we offer at our East Finchley clinic, each with a short description and a link to its full page with prices.
Where to start
Most people arrive knowing what bothers them, not which treatment fixes it, so this page is organised by result rather than by device. If it is texture, pores or dullness, start with microneedling, chemical peels or a hydrofacial. If it is brown patches or sun damage, IPL and peels, backed by Obagi skincare. If it is redness or visible vessels, IPL and thread vein removal. If it is lines, softening or lost volume, consultations for lines and wrinkles, dermal fillers, skin boosters or HIFU. If it is a skin tag, it is assessed before anything is removed, and a mole is looked at and referred.
Every treatment is delivered by our medical team at one clinic in East Finchley, and every one starts with a free 30 minute consultation where we say plainly what will help, what will not, and what it costs. Nothing on this page is sold on the day of a first visit.

Common questions
Which treatment is right for me? Book the free consultation. We assess the skin, listen to what bothers you, and match it to a treatment, or tell you if none of them is the answer.
Who performs the treatments? The clinic team includes a dentist and implant surgeon and a plastic surgery registrar. Prescription treatments are prescribed only after a face to face assessment.
Can I be treated on the day of my consultation? For treatments that do not involve a prescription medicine, often yes, if your history is clear and you have had time to think. Never for prescription treatments, and never at a first visit for fillers.
Do you offer courses or packages? Yes, where a course is what works: microneedling, peels and LED are all better as courses, and we price them at consultation.
How do I book? Online through the booking page, by phone, or by WhatsApp. The first step is always the free consultation.
Where is the clinic? 260 East End Road, East Finchley, London N2 8AU, a few minutes from East Finchley station on the Northern line, with parking nearby.
