The Ultra 4D Platinum, which carries a full cartridge range from 1.5mm to 13mm. That range is the point. Sagging along the jawline isn't the same problem as loose skin on the neck, and neither is the same as fat beneath the chin. Different depths, different cartridges, different results.

What to expect
