Teosyal RHA 4 is the firmest gel in the RHA range, made for deep placement where structure has been lost. It is used to restore the cheeks, define the jawline and build the chin. Because it is designed to flex, it holds shape in areas that move, such as the lower face, without feeling hard. It is made in Switzerland and contains a local anaesthetic. Most structural work needs more than 1ml to look balanced, and we will give you an honest number at the assessment. If the main problem is loose skin, filler will not tighten it, and we will say so. Results commonly last a year to eighteen months. Tenderness and swelling for a few days are normal. It can be dissolved if needed, and a dissolving agent is kept on site. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, or if you are allergic to hyaluronic acid or local anaesthetic. We do not treat anyone under 18.
