Teosyal PureSense Ultimate is the largest-volume gel in the PureSense range, used for major restoration of facial contour. It suits the cheeks, the jawline and the chin when a lot of structure has been lost or a face needs strong definition. It is placed deep and in measured amounts. More product is not always better, and we plan the volume from your own proportions. It is made in Switzerland and contains a local anaesthetic. Results commonly last a year to eighteen months. Tenderness and swelling for several days are normal. It can be dissolved if needed, and a dissolving agent is kept on site. If loose skin is the main concern, filler will not tighten it, and we will tell you. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection in the area, or if you are allergic to hyaluronic acid or local anaesthetic. We do not treat anyone under 18.
