Obagi-C Rx Balancing Toner 198ml Normal to Oily

Alcohol-free toner with witch hazel and aloe, for normal to oily and combination skin. It lifts the last traces of makeup and oil after cleansing.

Use it morning and evening after cleansing: three to four pumps onto a cotton pad, wipe over the face, and let it dry without rinsing. It is the toning step in the Obagi-C routine. It does not suit very dry or sensitive skin. Keep it away from the eyes.
