Full face treatment extended to include the neck, using deeper cartridges where the tissue requires it. Sagging along the jawline and loose skin on the neck are different problems at different depths, and are treated as such. Delivered on the Ultra 4D Platinum, which carries a full cartridge range from 1.5mm to 13mm. Heat is delivered to a precise depth beneath the skin, and your own collagen response builds over the following two to three months. Suits mild to moderate laxity. It does not replace a facelift, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Where the laxity is advanced, we will say so and arrange a surgical opinion rather than take your money for a treatment that will disappoint you. One session is usual, with results reviewed at three months. Tenderness in the treated area for a few days is normal. Results vary between individuals. This is not for you if you are pregnant, have an open wound or skin infection in the area, or have metal implants where the energy would be delivered. We check all of this at assessment.
