Purified polynucleotides that stimulate fibroblasts and support the skin's own repair processes. Improves texture, firmness and hydration gradually over the weeks following treatment. Fish allergy screening is required before treatment. Plinest is used across the face rather than only around the eyes, and suits skin that is thin, dull or beginning to lose quality rather than skin that has lost volume. It is not a filler and will not change your face shape. If what is bothering you is a fold or a hollow, this is not the treatment for it, and we will say so at the assessment rather than afterwards. A course of three sessions, spaced two to three weeks apart, is standard, with the change building over the following months. Expect small raised bumps for a few hours and the possibility of bruising. It is not suitable if you have a fish or seafood allergy, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with active infection or inflammation in the area. Avoid make-up for twelve hours and skip exercise, saunas and alcohol for the rest of the day.
