Medical aesthetics in East Finchley, London
BASED IN EAST FINCHLEY, N2. THREE MINUTES FROM EAST FINCHLEY STATION.
Nova Beauty Clinic is at 260 East End Road in East Finchley, three minutes' walk from East Finchley Underground station on the Northern line.
We see people from across London: Hampstead, Belsize Park, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Highgate, Barnet, Golders Green, Crouch End, Whetstone, Friern Barnet and Hampstead Garden Suburb.
We are a small clinic with a medical team, and we publish our prices. If you do not need a treatment, we will say so at the consultation and there is nothing to pay.
Where we are, and how to get here

We are on East End Road, a short walk from East Finchley station. The Northern line reaches us directly from Highgate, Archway, Finchley Central, Woodside Park and Barnet.
There is free street parking on and around East End Road, which is the part most people ask about. If you are driving from Muswell Hill, Crouch End or Highgate you are about ten minutes away. From Barnet, Whetstone or Finchley Central, about fifteen.
The 143, 234 and 263 buses all stop within a few minutes' walk.
What we treat
Every treatment below has its own page with prices, who it suits, who it does not, and what the recovery actually looks like.
Lip, cheek, jawline, chin, temple and tear trough filler, from £130 per ml. Assessed first, and we will talk you out of it if the answer is no.
For frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. A prescription option exists and is discussed at your consultation.
Injectable skin quality treatments and polynucleotides, from £180. For skin texture and hydration rather than volume.
Focused ultrasound for the brow, jawline, neck and full face, from £200. A real alternative to doing nothing, and an honest comparison with surgery.
For sun damage, pigmentation, facial redness, rosacea and thread veins, from £150.
Melasma, sun damage and post-inflammatory pigmentation, assessed before anything is chosen, because the wrong light on melasma makes it worse.
Skin tag removal from £50, from a clinic that will tell you when a lesion needs a dermatologist's opinion instead.
Hydrodermabrasion with cleanse, exfoliation, extraction and serum infusion, from £120, with LED from £150.
The Obagi range and other clinic skincare, chosen after a proper skin consultation.
Why people travel to us
There are a lot of clinics in London, and several of them are bigger than we are. Here is what is actually different.
The prices are on the website. Every treatment page carries a price. You do not have to ring up to find out whether you can afford it.
The consultation is free, and it is a real one. Thirty minutes, with a full history. Some people leave with a recommendation to do nothing, or to see their GP, and that is a good outcome rather than a wasted appointment.
We tell you what a treatment will not do. Every treatment page has a section on who it does not suit and what the realistic limits are.
There is a medical team behind it. Dr Shirin Parsno is a principal dentist and implant surgeon. Mr Benedict Reed is a plastic surgery registrar at the Royal Free. Saloomeh Saheban is an advanced aesthetic practitioner and our Obagi specialist.
We refer out. Where surgery is honestly the better answer, or where a lesion needs a dermatologist, we say so and point you in the right direction.
Common questions
Do you only see people from East Finchley?
No. Most of our clients come from across London, and a good number from further into the city. We are three minutes from a Northern line station, which makes us easy to reach from most of London.
Is there parking?
Yes, free street parking on and around East End Road. It is usually straightforward outside school pick-up times.
Do I have to pay for the first appointment?
No. The consultation is free and lasts about thirty minutes. If the answer is that you do not need treatment, you pay nothing.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Often, yes, if it is safe and appropriate and you have had time to think about it. Some treatments need a cooling off period or blood tests first, and we will tell you which.
How do I know what I actually need?
That is what the consultation is for. Come with the thing that bothers you rather than the treatment you think you want. Quite often the treatment people ask for is not the one that would help.
Do you publish before and after photographs?
Only with explicit consent, and we do not use stock images or other clinics' results. If you do not see a photograph of something, that is why.
